WorldPartner's Seat Leasing services offers fully serviced office seats as well as access to common IT infrastructure and conference facilities. A Private Office facility is available to companies who require at least 5 seats.

 

The Seat Leasing service is available to companies that are not engaged in IT products development or service business.

 

Usually clients are already registered Philippine companies who do not need WorldPartner's recruitment and HR services, but who are looking for office space with service and infrastructure.

 

Services and utility inclusions:

 

• Soft phone with low rate IP telephony
• General utilities (Water/Air-condition /Electricity)
• Office supplies (Paper / Pens / Notebook)
• Coffee/Tea during business hours

*Use of utilities and office materials is subject to house rule restrictions.

Optional additional services and fees:

 

• Private PBX setup and local number(s): To Be Discussed;
• Non transferable Windows/office license.
