the_right_employees If you do not have the right employees, your projects will inevitably suffer. It can be extremely difficult to carry out recruitment processes in an unknown country where one does not know what to expect of applicants. Moreover, it is not just about finding the most technically skilled people. There are many other factors that influence whether a team will be successful or not.
The people comprising a team obviously depend on the type of production you want to carry out. Many clients mistakenly believe that they should just put together a team of technical gurus and then the product will almost complete itself. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Finding the right people is as essential as finding the right combination of people.
In a project team, there are many defined and undefined roles that need to be covered, including architect, chief programmer, coder, editor, secretary, administrator, program clerk, tool smith, tester, and language lawyer. If we generally just go for people who score high in architecture and coding, then we may create a team that is not well suited to cover all the needs of a project. Even worse, we may actually harm the integrity of the architecture and code if we do not clearly assign the responsibilities for these roles among the team members that we hire.

The secret to a successful project is combining a team of people who, with their individual skills, cover every aspect needed. And the members of the team should be able to create team spirit, mutual respect, and strong cooperation.

WorldPartner has learned this lesson and it does not have fears about changing members of a team to ensure that progress is not hampered. Today, its experience helps ensure that the teams created are correctly put together and will work as a single unit from day 1 until the end of the project.
