The WP Trainee Program: A Huge Success!

The training program, which was started at the end of 2009, is proving to be a great success.

All of the new graduates that joined the program are closing in on finishing Phase 1. During the last several months, they have become important assets for all the teams that they joined and have provided value way beyond the costs that the clients have had for their fees (at a mere USD 500 per month).

Many of the employees are already now assisting with both design and coding, even though they have not yet reached Phase 2, where focus will move from testing to coding.

This only comes to prove that experience and ability do not always go hand in hand. With talented and intelligent people, it is possible to create world class employees within a year – all that is needed is opportunity and motivation.

We will look forward to soon name the graduates of Phase 1.
