	The Filipino employees will be hired by WorldPartner and work in the dedicated team from our modern office facilities in Quezon City, Metro Manila. All work places are equipped with the necessary tools that ensure good communication between the Danish and Filipino employees. Communication can be done via email, webcam, chat, screen sharing, and of course through IP-Phones at local rates.
	Our employees speak English at a very high level and have solid educational and professional background. There is although also an option to attach newly educated developers to your company, in that we cooperate with several of the company’s leading universities.

The employees will solve tasks like specifications, design, coding, test and documentation in close cooperation with your employees in Denmark. The cheap communication makes it easy to build up a close and informal cooperation, where ideas can quickly be exchanged and progress is easily monitored.

The offshore employee is given a Danish IP phone number and will therefore be easy to get hold of as well as become a natural part of your organization. This makes it possible for you to use the employee for various sorts of assignments on short notice.
